  • Processing time begins when payment clears and any custom work details are confirmed.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free domestic shipping on orders over R1500.

  • Insurance and tracking included for high‑value items; choose insured shipping at checkout for originals.

  • Customs and duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.


Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Originals and Commissions

  • Non‑returnable except for damage or manufacturing defects.

  • Deposits for commissions are non‑refundable once work has begun unless the item is damaged in transit.

Prints and Ready‑Made Items

  • Change of mind returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping for change of mind is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@lolapaloozaart.co.za with order number and photos.

  • We will offer replacement, repair, or full refund once the claim is validated. Return shipping for damaged items will be covered by Lolapalooza Art.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order; contact us to reserve the replacement item before returning the original.


Payments, Pricing and Taxes

  • Accepted payment methods: major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments, PayJustNow where available, and PayPal.

  • Pricing: All prices shown in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment capture: Payment is captured at the time of order placement.

  • Commissions: For commissioned pieces we may require a 30–50% deposit with the balance due before dispatch.


Orders, Cancellations and Faults

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement provided the item has not been dispatched. Custom or commissioned orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

  • Faulty orders: If an item arrives faulty, follow the damaged item procedure above. We will not accept returns for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
